Reims

The cimitierres and monuments, one after another.

Reims cathedral (above left day and right night), 13-15th century, is where all the French Kings are crowned. Below, the open wing smiling angels. The cathedral - UNESCO World Heritage site, with gothic art, is the only cathedral to display angels with open wings.

One needed a car for this region. Reims is located within La Marne La Champagne area, an area that is the queen of Champagne making. Trails, Forest, Parcs, places of military Rememberance, architecture from many eras etc.
