I came across a 'formaggio' display underneath the walls of Perugia. You could try different cheeses and salamis!!!!!
In Perugia, the city is so high that there are esculators that take you between low points to the top!!!!! Unfortunatley, I did not know this until I had cycled to the top to try and find my accommodation which was at the bottom!
