Vienna to Linz
The Danube river would of been lovely, except for a 2 hour period, it rained the entire time of the 2 day trip Vienna to Linz. Luckily, the 2 hour period was between Krems and Melk on day 1 and this was just a lovely part.

So the Danube wasn't quite the Blue Danube the songs all tell us about. Poor Princess is having a bit of a rough time, sounds like her mate is as well, bugger with the rain, must have gone out in sympathy with our weather, we had a mighty storm yesterday/last night, lights even went out on the bridge, all ferries cancelled, cyclone force winds. Love Mum xx
