Luxembourg

Well I didnùt spend long here, only 72.2kms!!!! But it was nice to get back into hills, and undulating ones at that. The countryside reminded me of NZ abit, with the smells included. Couldnùt believe how much I had lost all my hill work from Italy, Croatia and Austria. Met two guys, one Canadian and one Aussie, cycling Arctic to Africa and they said the same thing about how quickly they had lost their hill work since hitting Netherlands. PS they also got caught by the German Police for ending up on a road they werenèt meant to be on, HOWEVER, they werenèt escorted off, instead they were told they could either get a taxi from there or go over 2km of farmland (mud and stream crossings included) - so I count myself lucky!!!!

Luxembourg

Above, Luxembourg Constitutional Square, and right, WHAT THE!!!

Well I arrived after a huge day, 15kms!!!!!! But it was pouring with rain!!! So one day off and exploring the UNESCO Zorld Heritage sites. Nice place, but noticeably ,ore expensive here in Luxembourg than Germany. I have also swapped to French!!! and new keyboards with a, z, w, m plus others all in different locations ::::::: NO!!!!
Luxembourg has over 23kms of underground tunnels and fortifications.

Bourglinster

Well this was a short ride into a random village which I reckoned had less than 1000 inhabitants!!! Needless to say, there was not a lot happening, not even a shop or pub, just a cafe and very expensive at that, and a youth hostel. Apparently it is a very affulent area and has a very well known but expensive restaurant.
PS the other picture is during my cycle I got involved with the Moselle Duathalon!!!!!
